Our specially designed routing case includes everything needed to professionally install RFID chip holders into existing cases. The system is designed so that repeated applications can be carried out quickly, safely, and with consistent quality.

Thanks to the precisely matched routing template, a perfectly fitting recess is created – ideal for a durable and clean installation of RFID chips.

Contents of the routing case

The case is fully equipped and ready for immediate use:

• 1× routing template

• 4× sample boards for testing settings and routing depth

• 1× handheld router with router bit

• 1× battery

• 1× charger

• 12× rubber feet

• 1× open-end wrench

• 1× spare router bit

Everything is securely stored and perfectly coordinated.

How RFID installation works

The entire process is simple and clearly structured. Below is an overview of the key steps:

• Define the desired position for the RFID chip

• Transfer the measurements to the routing template and attach the rubber feet

• Set routing depth and spacing on the router (remove the battery beforehand)

• Insert the battery

• Set the speed to the maximum level (level 7)

• Switch on the router, place it into the template, and plunge slowly

• Route along the template until the stop is reached

• Switch off the router and remove it after it has come to a complete stop

• Remove the template

• Clean the work area

• Place the RFID chip into the routed recess

• Screw in the fasteners

• Done

The result: a clean, precise routing and a securely mounted RFID chip holder.
