The company ProCase was founded in 1987 as a business for light, sound and stage technology and is today, under the brand name of ProCase, active as a medium-sized company operating in the packing segment throughout Europe.

Together with our subsidiary in Ellwangen, Germany, we have over 60 employees including 8 trainees.

Every year more than 10,000 flight and transport cases carrying the name of ProCase leave our production facilities. Among our many customers are renowned companies such as Bose, ZDF, SWR, Siemens, Carl Zeiss, Audi and Mercedes.

High flexibility and reliability together with an expert and motivated workforce as well as our commitment to training up our own young people complement our innovative and high quality products, which altogether account for the outstanding success of ProCase.

Through a good vocational training for our trainees, as well as through training and further education of our employees, we continuously increase our competence.

To ensure the function of all tasks at all times, employees ensure that there is a substitute for each task. There are regular training sessions and information about changes. Work instructions, process descriptions and checklists are stored in the internal wiki, so that they are understandable and easy to find. All employees are involved in continuous improvement.

We manufacture products with high quality materials and high quality workmanship, with the claim to be quality leader in our industry. We ensure this through control mechanisms that ensure a high level of product and process quality from order entry to final inspection.

Through clear corporate structures, well-organized operations, careful production planning and production control, we ensure the best possible on-time delivery and reliability.

For the planning and control of all core processes, we work with an ERP software, which provides us with the necessary information and control mechanisms at all times.

ProCase is certified according to DIN EN ISO 9001

Our quality management system according to DIN EN ISO 9001: 2008 documents our principles, objectives, business processes, occupational safety, quality assurance and continuous improvement. The ProCase QM system uses a particularly innovative integrated documentation system with a slim bureaucratic effort. ProCase is accredited by DQS and the international IQnet.

ProCase Miltenberg

ProCase ist set up de-centrally with regards to its several production sites and sales offices. The company's headquarters are situated in the Rhine/Main region of Germany near Frankfurt am Main. Frankfurt airport is conveniently located for international connections.

ProCase Ellwangen

ProCase Manufaktur GmbH, a subsidiary of ProCase, produces in Ellwangen which is in the hi-tech region of the Federal State of Baden Wuerttemberg, between Stuttgart and Ulm.
