The clear identification of the cases allow the user to re-order the products or to order accessories to suit. Regarding re-ordering: ProCase has a guaranteed re-delivery system. This means that not only series cases but also those custom-made products are documented and can be re-ordered and delivered years after the first delivery. Using CNC machining, the cases are manufactured exactly the same, so that even the lid can be exchanged from an old case to a new one. This gives the user the advantage of being able to extend the system further even after years of good service. The new identity labels assist ProCase to get an overview of the cases in stock.
